At Adar Perfumes, every fragrance is a dual masterpiece: a proprietary olfactory composition housed in a meticulously hand -crafted, limited-edition vessel. Each bottle is an original work of art—hand sculpted, painted and finished accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. When you acquire Adar, you become the steward of a singular artistic legacy.
The Sanctity of the Sealed Artwork
Our sealed bottles are complete, INVIOLABLE CREATIONS The fragrance within and the vessel that cradles it are inseparable elements of the artwork. Breaking the seal doesn’t just open a bottle—it !destroys the integrity of a collectible piece!, voids its Certificate of Authenticity, and severs its story.
ON DECANTING: A Violation of Art, Intelectual Proprety and Authenticity
We are aware some purchase full bottles solely to unseal, decant (reselling by the milliliter), and discard or resell the vessel. This practice:
1. Defaces Artistic Property:
Our bottles are protected under EU Design Rights (Regulation (EC) No 6/2002) and international copyright conventions (Berne Convention). Decanting dismantles a curated artwork, violating these rights.
2. Compromises Intellectual Heritage:
Our scents are patented compositions protected under EU Trade Secrets Directive (2016/943) and TRIPS Agreement (Article 39). Decanting circumvents quality control and dilutes our creative investment.
3. Invalidates Your Ownership:
The Certificate of Authenticity is nullified once the seal is broken. Decanted products lack provenance and our guarantee. !You risk acquiring a corrupted fragment of art!.

Any Adar fragrance purchased unsealed, decanted, or re-bottled—regardless of seller claims—is categorically unrecognized by Adar.
– Altered Integrity: Once a seal is broken, exposure to light, air, or contaminants alters the fragrance’s composition. We cannot guarantee its concentration, purity, or olfactory profile.
– Risk of Dilution/Tampering: Decanted products may be diluted, blended, or substituted. They are not—and cannot be—the same as our sealed, artistically curated originals.
– Zero Responsibility: Adar Perfumes assumes no responsibility for health reactions, quality issues, or misrepresentation arising from decanted products.
Authentic Sampling & Purchasing
Official smaller sizes or travel sizes are exclusively available through:

– Authorized partners which are perfumeries or Art galleries, Auction Houses and never through individuals .
All other sources are unauthorized and invalidate our guarantee and fall under the law incidence .
